Do we require a minimum spend to be a part of your day?
NO! We do not believe in requesting any of our couples to spend a certain amount of their wedding budget on florals! Every bride is unique, her vision, her style, and we are here for all of it! We support whatever type of wedding package you would love!
Do we provide set up?
Yes! We want to set up your florals! Setting up and installing your florals is a huge piece of what we do, and typically the most fun! We believe your day should be all about pampering, family and relaxation. Let us do all of the nitty gritty and bring your vision boards to life!
Do we deliver? How do you get your flowers?
Yes! We will bring your bridal party florals (bouquets & bouts) along with family florals to wherever you are getting ready. Typically we will drop off at the girls side and then the guys locations. Getting your florals to you ahead of your photography or a first look is key! Detail shots are often taken and you definitely need your florals for a sneak peak before the ceremony! We then head off to your ceremony and reception venue(s).
How long have we been designing?
We started our company back in 2010. It seems forever ago! Since then we have learned so much! A typical season we design anywhere from 50-70 weddings.
Where will we go?
If we love your vision and you want us to be a part of your design team - WE ARE THERE! We don’t mind travelling, if you’ll have us! A travel/delivery fee will reflect the distance to your venue(s) and that is included in your package. If you’re wondering about your location - just reach out, we’d love to hear from you.
Do we transfer florals from the ceremony to the reception?
We always recommend repurposing your ceremony florals to your reception venue! Florals are expensive, so in our opinion you can save on your budget by planning on reusing florals whenever possible. We do charge a $300 transfer fee for packing up the ceremony florals and setting them up for you in your reception space. Most of the time the florals at ceremony are reused as head table decor. But we are open to place them wherever you’d like.
Where do we get our flowers?
We believe in supporting local. We have a few greenhouses that we have sourced our florals from since the beginning. We have a selection of local farms, locally grown product as well as from Holland! We believe first and foremost in keeping costs down on our end which is translated to our clients, by designing with seasonal florals whenever possible. If a bride wants something not in season, or perhaps tough to get, we have our ways! Our flowers are of the freshest and always the best quality! Our goal is to get you the flowers you love, in the most beautiful variety!
Do we rent items?
We do have a selection of rental items. While we concentrate mostly on fresh florals, we do offer rental of items that naturally accompany flowers. We have a variety of arbors, stands and candle selection. We would love to tell you all about them during a consultation.
What is included when I book a package?
Whatever type of package you book, with us you always get full customer service. There are no charges for phone calls, email, chats and meetings. Anytime you’d like to connect, ask a question, make a change, share some inspiration… DO IT! We are here for you!
Can you make changes to your package after you book?
YES! We will have a final meeting about 30-45 days out from your wedding. After you have your RSVP’s in and know your final numbers, we will chat about every detail. If you change your entire vision or perhaps just a few details, no problem! We will adjust your package to reflect what you need at all times! Your package is never locked in, always open to reflect what you want! If the cost goes up because you add on, or goes down because you omit items, we will make it happen!
What kind of deposit do we require?
We ask that you place a 30% deposit down to book your date. This deposit amount comes off the total package amount. The remaining balance is due after our final meeting.
What types of tender do we accept?
We definitely prefer e-transfer for a method of payment. We can accept major credit cards but they due incur a fee.
Can I preserve my bouquet after the wedding?
YES! We recommend that you do! We have a list of preferred vendors we will gladly share with you to keep your bouquet forever!
Do white florals cost less than colour?
We get this question all the time during consultations! Many brides can be led astray by other florists and made to think they should be paying a premium for bright/colourful florals when they don’t want white. This is not the case. The only time a shade or tone of blooms may be at a premium cost is when the purchase is close to a corresponding holiday. Like red at Valentines or fall colours around Thanksgiving. The reason is the holiday more so than the colour. If your wedding lands on a holiday weekend or close to, you may incur a bit of a higher package cost. Our greenhouses charge a bit higher stem cost at these times.
